Shared images show that the mansion is still intact despite the surrounding apartments being reduced to rubble.\n

The mansion has 3 floors, is worth about 9 million USD (228 billion VND) and is owned by businessman David Steiner. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, located on an area of \u200b\u200bnearly 400 square meters.\n

Recently, Mr. David shared the reason why his mansion still stood firm in the face of the recent disaster. Accordingly, this businessman proactively built his apartment solidly because he was worried that an earthquake might occur in this area. He revealed that his apartment was built extremely solidly with bricks and stones, a fireproof roof, and house piles driven about 15 meters deep into the ground.\n
