It has been reported in The Hollywood Reporter that Bower died in his sleep. Per USA Today, Marsha McManus, Tom\u2019s representative confirmed his death in an email. \u201cHe was an extraordinary human being,\u201d McManus said.\n<p><span style='\"font-size:'>The actor was born in Denver, Colorado. He started studying under John Cassavetes\u2019 Shadows Workshop. On television, Tom Bower has made guest appearances on many popular TV shows. Some of his notable TV credits include \u201cThe Waltons,\u201d \u201cThe X-Files,\u201d \u201cBreaking Bad,\u201d \u201cRay Donovan,\u201d and \u201cBetter Call Saul.\u201d His ability to adapt to many roles had made him a sought out character actor.\n<p><span style='\"font-size:'>Bower was featured in supporting roles in numerous films, including \u201cDie Hard 2\u201d (1990), \u201cThe Hills Have Eyes\u201d (2006), \u201cCrazy Heart\u201d (2009), and \u201cOut of the Furnace\u201d (2013). His versatility as an actor has allowed him to take on various characters, he often portrayed authority figures or everyman types.\n<p><span style='\"font-size:'>Bower leaves behind two children, four grandchildren, a brother and sister.
